A Busy Week Ahead at Annunciation School in Elma

You can tell the holiday season is upon us, and Annunciation School in Elma is full of the holiday spirit.

The eighth grade class is sponsoring a Christmas tree sale under the school’s pavilion from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, December 3; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, December 4; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, December 5.

Boy Scout Troop 325 will be conducting a bottle and can drive from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 4, in the church parking lot. Proceeds will help the Scouts purchase necessary camping and cooking equipment.

A St. Nick Craft Fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, December 5, in the school gym. More than 60 vendors will participate, and admission is free.

Annunciation students are collecting nonperishable food items through Tuesday, December 7, which will be donated to the Food Bank of WNY. The local school donating the most food will win a visit from Channel 2 Meteorologist Andy Parker and his Weather Machine. Food items can be dropped off at the school office during school hours.
