Mastering the Basics--Everyday Pan-Searing with Chef Mike Kandler Our chef will show you how to prep ingredients and do our pan-searing technique, and you’ll enjoy samples of Prosciutto Wrapped Cod. The class will break into teams of two or three to work on their dishes. Each half of the class prepares one recipe that’s enough for everyone in the class. A wine sampling to complement your meal is also provided.  Class prepared menus include our Chicken Marsala, Pan-Seared Pork Tenderloin with Raisin Black Pepper Brandy Sauce and chef-prepared roasted vegetables.   Want to master the basics of other cooking techniques? We have a series of 3! Mastering the Basics makes a great gift for kitchen newbies, newlywed couples or budding food enthusiasts. It is also a nice idea for date nights or a night out to learn something new with your friends.    Date:
