Farmers & Artisans Offering Traditional Irish Fare for St. Patrick’s Day

One of Western New York’s favorite holidays — St. Patrick’s Day — is right around the corner, and Farmers & Artisans local food market and bakery is ready to help you celebrate!

For starters, Farmers & Artisans is now taking orders for fresh corned beef. The beef is raised locally at Librock Farms in Gasport, contains no hormones or antibiotics, and is brined using the secret recipe of Avenue Boys Smokehouse in Pendleton.  The corned beef sold out early last year so be sure to place your order soon.

Top off your St. Patrick’s Day celebration with Farmers & Artisans’ traditional Irish soda bread made with buttermilk, raisins and caraway. And for those craving something a little sweeter, try the delicious shamrock cutout cookies made with creamy butter and all natural ingredients.

Orders placed by March 12 will be ready for pickup March 13-17. When visiting the store, be sure to check out their impressive selection of local cabbage, potatoes and carrots, as well as a variety of New York State craft beers and hard ciders to complement your traditional St. Patrick’s Day meal.

Farmers & Artisans is located at 4557 Main St., Snyder. For more information, please call 633-2830, email info@farmersandartisans.com or visit www.farmersandartisans.com. You can also follow Farmers & Artisans on Facebook for frequent updates.
