Man found sleeping in Rite-Aid bathroom facing drug charges | News
CLARENCE, N.Y. -- A man who was found passed out in a Rite-Aid bathroom is now facing charges for possession of drugs.
Police say 29-year-old Joshua Dunn was found passed out on the bathroom floor of a Rite-Aid store by employees around 10:50 p.m. Monday night.
When deputies arrived at the scene he was in possession of a glass pipe and crack cocaine.
Dunn is facing charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and is currently being held at the Erie County Holding Center on a $250 bail pending his arraignment in Clarence Town Court.
