CLARENCE, NY - Lackawanna Products is celebrating 30-years in business and the company has never laid off an employee. LPC is a trading company.

 It is a unique place, not because of what they do, but because of the workforce.

Many of the workers are related. They are fathers and sons and in-laws.

LPC traders buy products, sell products and determine how to transport the items from point A to point B.

The company's headquarters is in Clarence.

The company has a focus, "mostly food and grain and agricultural products, but we can buy and sell any product that somebody needs," said Scott Schultz, LPC Trade Floor Manager.

Schultz was nearly in tears when asked to talk about why enjoys where he works. "It's good to see people succeed," he said.
