In just a few shorts weeks, thousands of avid skiers, snowboarders and outdoor enthusiasts will make their annual pilgrimage to the quaint Village of Ellicottville in Western New York’s southern tier for some excitement on the slopes. And for those not interested in conquering the hills, the shopping, restaurants and nightlife aren’t too bad either!

But Ellicottville isn’t completely about the snow season. In fact, there are some fantastic sights and sites to be enjoyed year-round, especially during the cool and crisp autumn months. From incredibly colorful fall foliage to a variety of roadside stands selling produce, pumpkins and other seasonal favorites, Ellicottville is a treat 365 days a year!

First building expected to be ready for occupancy in early summer

Williamsville-based North Forest Office Space has taken another step toward bringing its vision to Central Texas.

The company has commenced development of its first Texas project, located in the City of Pflugerville, northeast of the capital city of Austin. According to Brendan Jordan, North Forest’s area manager in Central Texas, the project, which will ultimately feature 34,000 square feet of professional, medical and dental space, is being developed in four phases. Construction is underway of the initial phase of 9,000 square feet of space, which Jordan expects to be ready for occupancy by early summer.

Jordan said that North Forest is excited about the opportunities it sees in Central Texas, particularly as it relates to filling a need the small-to-medium sized professional, medical and dental business segments in which the company specializes.
