Riding the Digital Wave

Riding the Digital Wave Dr. Ronald Kotlik, a social studies teacher for Clarence Central School District, presented at a regional conference this week. The 10th Annual Riding the Digital Wave Conference was held on Monday, March 3. This event was cosponsored by NYSCATE and the four BOCES located in Western New York.

The conference featured more than 25 guest speakers who introduced new teaching and learning ideas using technology software and equipment. Dr. Kotlik spoke to educators about technology tools available for Common Core text reading.

Educators interested in further integrating technology into their classrooms may speak with their school administrators about professional development opportunities available through our local cooperative, Erie 1 BOCES.
